About:
The CWA/ITU Negotiated Pension Plan (NPP), which began in 1967, is a multiemployer defined benefit plan with an equal number of trustees representing the employers and the employees. It conforms with all applicable laws and regulations, and is administered at the Plan Office in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Contributions to the Plan are made by the Employer based on the terms of a collective bargaining agreement. Contributions may be negotiated on a cents per hour, dollars per day, or percentage of earnings basis, but they must be on a uniform basis for all individuals.
Office Hours & Closures:
Hours of Operation are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday.
Our office is closed on the following holidays:

Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day
New Year’s Eve
The office may also close in the event of severe weather or dangerous road conditions in the local area.
You may still leave a voicemail or send an email even when we are closed. We will respond as soon as we are back in the office.

THE PLAN IS CONDUCTING YEALY AUDITS OF ALL PAYMENT RECIPIENTS. IF YOU RECEIVE AN AUDIT LETTER, PLEASE HAVE IT NOTARIZED (IF INDICATED) AND RETURN THE FORM TO THE PLAN OFFICE BY EMAIL, FAX, OR USPS. THIS DOCUMENT WILL BECOME PART OF YOUR PERMANENT FILE AND IS REQUIRED.
